Sycamore Farm Park isn’t a park built around entertainment, noise, or busy facilities. It’s built around two well-stocked lakes, a caravan that’s yours, and a season that runs 1st March to 30th November for you to use as much of as you like.

Once a year, we host the Sycamore Farm Park Fishing Match, bringing owners together for a competitive day by the lake, with plenty of banter, and a few egos brought back down to earth when the scales come out.

Annual site fees:

Standard plots: £3,594.68
In addition to the annual pitch fee, owners are responsible for metered gas and electricity usage, holiday home insurance, and routine safety checks (including annual gas and periodic electrical inspections). Everything else is kept simple, so you can focus on enjoying your time at the park.
Site fees are reviewed annually and confirmed in writing ahead of each season, so you always know exactly where you stand.
